So a little about me…

I’m Manager, Social Media at QBE, as well as being a consultant, blogger (obviously…), speaker, advisory board member and in past lives a digital strategist, advertising sales manager and media planner.

I tend to blog about social media, content and customer service. In short, how to use all of these better to achieve business outcomes. At times I rant (as you’ll know if you follow me on Twitter), along with offering up some insights into how I look at social business as well as practical tips on building and managing presence.

What else? I am a keen guitarist, a reasonable cook and an average golfer. I run on coffee, eternally on a mission to find the perfect cup. I’ve come close a few times.
